ASCO Highlights Advances in Cancer Treatments

KEY POINT

Targeted therapy for oncoogic diseases, chemoprevention of recurrent breast cancer, and other new ideas in cancer therapy were among the highlights when more than 25,000 oncology professionals convened last month in Orlando, Fla., for the annual meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).
